Bug Fix

* The 3 New Crafting Items from Patch 366 which were missing names is fixed. Buy Rose Online Gold,
* Also this fixes the problems with Crafting the Wings that required those items.
* Leader, Captain, Sub-Boss, Boss/King monsters have been correctly updated with the intended increase to Catalyst and Chemical drop rates.

* Eldeon Leaves were reduced in frequency.
o This should greatly help with latency that has been reported when moving into Xita or any of the other Eldeon Maps.
